Our client is part of a larger construction and installation group where the electrical department is a specialized area. They are now looking for a Lead Electrician/Project Manager for a business with stable and long-term assignments within contracting, service, and maintenance.

You will become part of a tight-knit team where you will have the opportunity to influence the execution of projects from start to finish, while working closely with electricians, customers, and the rest of the project organization.

The position is a direct hire, which means that the recruitment process takes place through Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.

In the role of Lead Electrician/Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving projects forward. You act as a key link between electricians, customers, and the project organization, ensuring that the work is carried out with the right quality, within timeframes, and according to current requirements.

Currently, the client has a long-term agreement with a large hospital project where the need for competent leaders is great.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Planning and coordination of projects and resources
• Supervision of electricians and subcontractors
• Ongoing follow-up of quality, working environment, and progress
• Customer contact and participation in construction and project meetings
• Handling of documentation, work orders, and reporting
• Support in technical matters and ensuring that work is performed according to current regulations and requirements

• Has several years of experience as an electrician and preferably experience as a lead electrician, foreman, or project manager
• Has good technical understanding of installation, service, troubleshooting, and contracting
• Is accustomed to planning and coordinating work in a project environment
• Has natural leadership skills and enjoys creating structure and engagement in the team
• Is responsible, solution-oriented, and communicative
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
