As part of the group's continued development, we are now strengthening our shared QHSE team with a brand new role. This initiative reflects our ambition to continue developing our work within quality, sustainability, environment, and occupational health and safety. Here, you will become part of a strong and engaged team operating throughout Troax Group. Together, we share expertise, drive development, and create long-term sustainable ways of working. Your employment will be based at Troax in Hillerstorp, but you will work in a shared role for both Troax and Garantell. With your main location in Hillerstorp, you will also work a couple of days a week at Garantell in Värnamo, giving you a varied daily routine and the opportunity to contribute to the development of both operations.

This is a broad and varied role for you who thrive in an environment where analysis, structure, and improvement work go hand in hand. As a QHSE Technician, you will be an important support to our QHSE Manager and play a central role in the daily QHSE work. The work takes place close to operations and involves everything from management systems and sustainability work to analyses, follow-ups, improvement initiatives, and participation in internal audits. One day you might analyze key figures or participate in an internal audit, the next day you are out in the operations with colleagues to identify improvement opportunities and turn ideas into concrete results. Examples of responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Drive and support improvement work and handle deviations within the area of responsibility.
• Follow up and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) within quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and sustainability.
• Work with sustainability reporting and contribute to work related to ESG and CSRD.
• Participate in internal audits and support external audits.
• Support operations in daily QHSE work and contribute to a safe, structured, and sustainable way of working.

YOUR PROFILE
We believe that you are a curious and engaged person who thrives on taking initiative and developing ways of working together with others. You enjoy being out in the operations, building good relationships, and are motivated by driving improvements. If you have experience from the manufacturing industry and have worked with quality, environment, occupational health and safety, or similar issues, we believe you have a good foundation for success in this role. Knowledge of management systems, ISO standards, or sustainability work is advantageous, but we place equal importance on your attitude, your engagement, and your willingness to develop.
