We are continuing to develop our production and are now taking the next step by creating a new role – Lead Manufacturing Engineer. The assignment is to drive technical development in production and create the prerequisites for safe, stable, and efficient manufacturing through continuous improvements, new working methods, and technical solutions.

The role entails broad technical responsibility and a clear focus on turning ideas into results. You work together with production, quality, maintenance, and the project organization, driving work from analysis and problem-solving to implemented change. You lead and coordinate the technical work together with our setup technicians and injection molding technicians, serving as a natural support in complex technical matters.

You report to our Operations Director and contribute with technical leadership in the long-term development of the business.

Your assignment

As Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you are responsible for developing and optimizing our manufacturing processes. This includes, among other things:

• developing manufacturing processes with a focus on safety, quality, OEE, process stability, and capacity utilization
• identifying and analyzing production losses and turning analyses into sustainable solutions
• leading investment projects, improvement initiatives, and industrialization
• coordinating the technical work together with setup technicians and injection molding technicians
• serving as a technical specialist and support in complex process and production matters

We believe you have

Relevant higher education or university degree and several years of experience from the manufacturing industry in similar roles. You have worked with process development, technical projects, and improvement work, and are accustomed to using data and key figures as a basis for analysis and decision-making.

Experience with injection molding is an advantage, but we naturally welcome those who have worked in other technologically advanced manufacturing industries as well.

You are analytical, solution-oriented, and confident in your competence. You take responsibility, build trust through your collaborative approach, and have natural technical leadership. You thrive in a role where you get to drive issues from idea to implementation, and where results become visible in daily operations.
