Are you our new Production Manager?

We are looking for a Production Manager for Welding, Assembly, and Material Handling

Do you want to lead an engaged production team where quality, safety, and continuous improvement are in focus? We are now looking for a Production Manager who wants to take responsibility for our operations within welding, assembly, and material handling. The assignment is time-limited to 8 months but can be extended.

About the role

As Production Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations within welding, assembly, and materials. You lead a team of 15 employees and ensure that production is carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality. You work closely with production, planning, purchasing, and other functions to create a good production flow and achieve set goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, distribute, and follow up on daily work.
• Be responsible for personnel, working environment, and safety.
• Ensure delivery precision, quality, and productivity.
• Coach and develop employees and the team.
• Work with continuous improvements according to Lean principles.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in leadership within manufacturing industry.
• Are a clear and present leader who motivates and develops your employees.
• Have good computer skills and experience with the business and production system Monitor.
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken). English is an advantage.
