We are looking for a Maintenance Technical Manager at Trioworld
Do you want to lead and develop a maintenance organization that is crucial for stable and efficient production? Trioworld is now seeking an engaged and strategic Maintenance Technical Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for our maintenance operations and, together with a competent team, continue to develop a modern and reliable production facility. We are currently developing to meet the environmental requirements of 2030, which will place higher demands on our production equipment.
You will have the overall responsibility to lead, plan, and develop maintenance work so that the business achieves set goals regarding safety, availability, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You work both strategically and operationally, focusing on ensuring high technical availability and long-term development of our machinery and facility. Our machinery range is broad, consisting of everything from older machines to modern highly automated production sections and robot cells. Production runs continuously.
You are part of the production management team and report to the Operations Manager. You lead an organization of approximately 22 employees within electrical and mechanical maintenance, where two group leaders report directly to you.
Your main responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and develop the maintenance organization, covering both the machinery and the facility
- Ensure safe, structured, and cost-effective maintenance
- Develop routines, working methods, and processes
- Drive and implement improvement work according to WCM's TPM model
- Create and follow up on budgets for spare parts, machine repairs, and facility maintenance
- Plan and execute major maintenance shutdowns
- Monitor downtime, analyze causes, and ensure effective measures
- Drive technical projects related to production and the facility
We are looking for you who are a confident and present leader with a genuine interest in technology. You have the ability to combine a strategic holistic perspective with operational engagement and thrive in a role where you drive change, development, and continuous improvements.
You are clear, structured, solution-oriented, and have a coaching leadership style that creates involvement and engagement. You build good relationships and collaborate naturally both internally and externally.
We are looking for you who have several years of experience in a leading role within maintenance in the manufacturing industry. Perhaps you are familiar with the process industry, although this is not an absolute requirement. You have good knowledge of TPM and improvement work and have the ability to structure the work. We believe you have post-secondary education in areas such as production, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, logistics, or equivalent.
As we are an international group, your knowledge of both English and Swedish must be fluent in speech and writing.
At Trioworld, you become part of an international industrial company where sustainability, innovation, and long-term development are in focus. You get a key role with great opportunities to influence operations and develop people, processes, and technology together with engaged colleagues. The position involves only a few planned trips.
In this recruitment, Trioworld collaborates with Nilsson & Mossberger. Questions regarding the position are answered by Carin Mossberger at 0701–460 390 or Andreas Nilsson at 0701–460 391. Selection is ongoing, we look forward to receiving your application as soon as possible. Interviews will be held during weeks 33-35, at Trioworld on Aug 24-25.
Warmly welcome with your application and have a nice summer!
