Garantell, part of the Troax Group, is a company based in Värnamo, southern Sweden. We develop and manufacture advanced solutions in metal mesh used throughout Europe. Our product range includes durable and cost-effective machine guards, mesh platforms, safety guards, and storage solutions. As part of Troax Group's continued development, we are now strengthening our production technology organization with a new role. This initiative reflects our ambition to develop our production flows, working methods, and technical solutions. Here you have the opportunity to help build a more structured and standardized production technology working method at Garantell, supported by the competence and experience available within Troax. The role is based at Garantell in Värnamo, but also involves work at Troax in Hillerstorp. This gives you the opportunity to contribute to the development of production at both units.

This is a broad and operationally close role for you who thrive best out in production. As a Production Technician, you will become an important part of the work to develop production, working methods, and technical solutions. You work closely with operators, production, and other functions to identify bottlenecks, find improvement opportunities, and turn ideas into concrete solutions. One day you follow production out at the machines to understand how the process works, the next day you test new solutions, develop work instructions, or drive improvements that create smarter working methods and a more efficient production.

Examples of tasks:

• Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in our production flows.
• Monitor and optimize cycle times, production flows, and work methods.
• Develop and standardize working methods, instructions, and routines.
• Participate in the development of production equipment, automation, and technical solutions.
• Contribute to investments, tests, and implementation of new solutions.
• Drive improvement work together with operators, production, and other functions.
• Be a technical support in production and contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-functioning production.

YOUR PROFILE
We believe you are a curious and engaged person who likes to be close to production and is driven by finding smarter ways to work. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating with others to turn ideas into concrete improvements. For you, it is just as natural to analyze a production flow as it is to be out at the machines together with the operators to find new improvement opportunities. If you have a technical background as an engineer or experience from manufacturing industry and have worked in production technology, production, maintenance, or another technical role, we believe you have a good foundation to stand on. Experience in automation, improvement work, or standardization of working methods is meritorious, but we place at least as much importance on your attitude, your engagement, and your willingness to develop.
