We are now looking for a Business Manager Project Lead who thrives in working close to operations and wants to help create safe, well-functioning projects from start to finish. YOUR ROLE AS BUSINESS MANAGER PROJECT LEAD

As a Business Manager Project Lead with us, you will drive business long-term together with your customers. You will manage electrical installation projects within contracting – from planning to execution – either independently or in a team.

You lead and distribute work within your projects and hold both technical and economic responsibility, while a large and important part of your job is to nurture and develop the good customer contacts we have today.

As a natural part of your role, you will work with personnel, projects, and sales. You are also responsible for ensuring that your part of the business follows standards for quality, environmental, safety, and security issues.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for you who have:

• Technical education
• A few years of experience in workforce leadership or project management within the electrical field
• The desire to drive long-term business
• A valid driver's license (Category B)

To fit this role, you are a responsible person with a structured approach, pedagogical skills, and the ability to communicate easily and build good relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and employees. You complete your commitments and are accustomed to making independent decisions in daily work.
