AQ Plast offers injection molding of thermoplastic parts with high visual and geometric requirements. We also offer thin sheet metal stamping and assembly into complete products. We also undertake tooling production; we have extensive knowledge in tool design and collaborate with leading tool manufacturers globally. In Anderstorp, we focus on injection molding, thin sheet metal stamping and assembly, as well as tool maintenance. The company is the result of a merger of the former companies AQ Plast, AQ Holmbergs, and AQ Retor Production. Our customer base consists of both large global industrial customers and local customers with high demands on quality, service, and delivery precision. About the role

As a Project Manager, you have overall responsibility – from planning to execution and delivery. You drive projects forward and ensure they meet requirements regarding time, budget, and quality.

You work on projects related to, among other things, procurement of tooling for the production of sheet metal and plastic parts, where quality and delivery reliability are crucial.

In this role, you are a central link and collaborate closely with marketing, production, engineering, quality, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and follow up on projects from start to delivery
• Ensure delivery according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements
• Drive the introduction of new products and changes
• Lead project teams and distribute tasks
• Be responsible for and participate in internal and external meetings
• Work according to APQP and established project methods
• Ensure correct and updated project documentation

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in engineering, project management, or equivalent
• Experience in project management
• Experience from manufacturing industry (preferably automotive industry)
• Good understanding of project management, budgeting, and scheduling
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English

Meritorious

• Experience with APQP or similar methodology
• Knowledge of IATF, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
• Drawing reading skills
