About the Role

ROL is on an exciting journey, evolving from a traditional manufacturing company into a more product-driven organization. This transformation involves new products, new technologies, and expansion into new markets.

We are now looking for a driven and business-oriented Product Manager to join our global Product Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth in the European market for our segment of height-adjustable desks.

As a Product Manager, you hold overall responsibility for the commercial success of your portion of the product portfolio. You will work on everything from market analysis and product strategy to development, launch, and ongoing portfolio management. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations to ensure we develop products that create customer value and profitable growth.

You will be supported by Product Specialists who contribute with market analyses, customer insights, requirement specifications, and the coordination of development and launch projects. This allows you to focus on strategy, prioritization, and business development. You will become part of the global Product Management team, working alongside a Product Manager responsible for the North American market.

The role involves business travel to customers, trade shows, and our factories around the world, primarily within Europe.

Qualifications

We prefer candidates with experience in Product Management, Business Development, or a similar business-facing role.

You are a natural leader with strong self-drive, good structure, and a business-minded approach. Additionally, you have:

• A relevant university degree in engineering, economics, or similar.
• Experience in product leadership and product development processes.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work efficiently in a global organization.
• Fluent English in both speech and writing.
