We are now looking for a Process Operator for Ahlins in Habo, starting in Week 32. Here you will become part of a cohesive team and work hands-on close to the production, with clear routines and good support from your colleagues.

As a Process Operator at Ahlins, you are responsible for keeping the production line running and ensuring the flow proceeds as planned. You monitor the process, perform checks, and ensure that quality remains consistent. This role suits you if you appreciate order and structure, thrive in a practical work environment, and enjoy seeing the direct results of your efforts. Initially, you will work day shifts, before transitioning to a two-shift system.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Operating and monitoring the production line according to established routines
• Ensuring smooth production with minimal downtime
• Conducting sampling and quality control checks
• Ordering materials and chemicals as needed
• Reporting any deviations and contributing to improvements in working methods

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience from industrial work or similar practical roles
• Follows routines and safety regulations
• Has an interest in technology and machinery
• Thrives with responsibility and teamwork
