Are you passionate about people and possess a talent for leadership and service? Vätterhem is looking for a Property Manager for the Öxnehaga area who wants to contribute to creating a sustainable and secure neighborhood where everyone feels comfortable, connected, and hopeful about the future.

In the role of Property Manager at Öxnehaga, you will have an exciting and varied position focused on engaged employees and satisfied tenants. You play a central leadership role within the management, responsible for a team of 6–10 employees as well as a number of properties. In this leadership role, we expect you to work with a trust-based leadership style, engaging and supporting your employees to achieve set goals. You report to the Head of Property Management and are part of the Öxnehaga management team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of approximately 6–10 employees (personnel responsibility including working environment and team development)
  • Be responsible for a property portfolio within the Öxnehaga management area
  • Long-term development of properties – by proposing, planning, implementing, and following up on maintenance and investments
  • Operational and maintenance responsibility with planning, execution, and follow-up of activities
  • Budget responsibility within your area
  • Contact with tenants regarding housing, including inspections, ordering repairs and maintenance, and responsibility for handling disturbances
  • Internal and external collaboration with a high service level and clear communication that creates good relationships and satisfied tenants
  • Responsibility for building technical investigations, operational and maintenance measures, and local adaptations

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of Property Manager, you have relevant education or equivalent experience in property management of residential areas. You have good experience leading employees in a trust-based and situation-adapted manner, are confident in your leadership, and are passionate about developing people. Previous experience as a Property Manager with personnel responsibility is advantageous.

You have good communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, with employees, colleagues, and tenants. Proficiency in other languages is considered an advantage.

Furthermore, experience from rental law, technical installations, maintenance planning, tendering, and project management, as well as the Public Procurement Act (LOU), is advantageous.

A Class B driver's license is required for this position to allow you to travel around our areas.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, with a probationary period possibly applicable. Start date as soon as possible or according to agreement.
