Focus in Your Role

As an Energy Engineer, you will have a central role where you combine specialist knowledge with overall responsibility for the development of the business area. You work closely with customers, project teams, and partners, becoming an important advisor throughout the entire construction process.

You will, among other things:

• perform climate and energy calculations in early stages using IDA ICE
• be responsible for customer dialogues and provide support in strategic energy matters
• contribute specialist knowledge in projects related to environmental certifications
• participate in design meetings and ensure that energy issues receive the right focus
• identify, develop, and follow up on relevant sustainability indicators
• serve as a competence support and coach for colleagues and designers
• drive and further develop the Energy business area based on the needs of the business and customers.

This is a role for you who appreciate variety, where one day you delve into technical analyses and the next day lead discussions, guide project teams, and create conditions for sustainable decisions.

We would like you to have:

• several years of experience as an Energy Engineer in the construction or property industry
• good familiarity with working in IDA ICE and independently carrying out energy calculations
• experience in driving own assignments and handling customer dialogues
• understanding of the different stages of the construction process and the requirements placed along the way
• an interest in sustainability issues and the desire to contribute to development in the field.
