As a Production Manager at Elitfönster, you will become a significant colleague and team member in our factory. Here you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a department with a market-leading product.

WHAT WE OFFER

We offer you exciting and varied work in a factory that is in an ongoing phase of development. In Production, we actively work to improve and develop the department's processes to offer high-quality windows. We constantly work towards set goals and KPIs, where you, as Production Manager, lead this work. As a Production Manager, you work independently within a team of production managers, maintaining close dialogue and collaborating with other functions within the organization. Your daily work will be varied and interesting, with significant responsibility.

The position is a permanent employment. You will report to one of our two Production Directors. The location is our factory in Vetlanda.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a high school diploma. Experience in similar tasks and/or post-secondary education, preferably with a technical focus, is meritorious.
• Experience in a supervisory role is meritorious.
• You are accustomed to working with manufacturing processes and developing them.
• You are computer literate and navigate easily between different systems.
• You are fluent in Swedish and have a good understanding of English in both speech and writing.
