On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a Production Manager for a manufacturing industry in the Jönköping region.

In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 20 people, focusing on driving an optimal and efficient production process while ensuring the safety of your team. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing your team, the department, and the company as a whole.

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in production management, with solid knowledge of production processes, Lean principles, and business systems. The requirements for the role include good proficiency in Swedish and English, as well as competence in the Office package.

The working hours are during the day, and you will report to the Production Manager.
