RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to combine system responsibility with strategic business development in a role where you truly make a difference?
We are now looking for an engaged and driven Business Developer for a key role where you will work both operationally and strategically in our most important development areas.
The position is currently split into two equal assignments, the distribution of which may be adjusted as needed:
- 50 % Business Specialist and Service Manager for the region's deviation management system
- 50 % Development Leader in the area of leadership and control
Service Manager for Synergi (50 %)
You have overall responsibility for our common platform for deviation management and ensure that it develops as an efficient and cohesive support for the operations.
In the role, you will:
- Own and develop the overarching service and system for deviation management from a lifecycle perspective
- Ensure that the system meets needs in several areas (e.g., healthcare, HR, environment, and safety)
- Establish, lead, and coordinate governance structure and development
- Prioritize and plan changes together with the steering group
- Capture, analyze, and coordinate the needs of the operations
- Act as a central bridge between operations and technology
- Drive collaboration and experience exchange between different operations
- Support implementation, communication, and benefit realization
You contribute to creating a robust and quality-assured deviation management system that is crucial for the organization's learning and development.
Development Leader Leadership and Control (50 %)
As a Development Leader, you have overall responsibility for driving and coordinating development work in the area of leadership and control. This area includes services and IT systems primarily directed towards finance, HR, and business planning.
You will:
- Lead and coordinate team leaders and business representatives
- Develop and follow up on development plans and activities
- Ensure that set effect goals are achieved
- Work with planning, follow-up, and prioritization
- Have a holistic perspective on the area's services and development
- Monitor the external environment and translate needs into development efforts
You are a key person in ensuring that our services support the organization's overall goals and direction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have a strong commitment to business development and digital support, and who thrive in a role where you get to combine structure, coordination, and development.
We see that you have:
- Experience in project leadership or similar coordinating roles
- Good understanding of process-oriented work
- Experience with business-related IT systems
- System and process understanding within deviation and risk management
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally
Experience with the Synergi system is meritorious.
