Job Description

Do you want to contribute to developing working methods, quality, and employer branding in a changing organization? At Alleima, you will have a business-close role where you make a real difference every day. You will become a key colleague in a team of four, consisting of recruiters and an employer branding specialist. We look forward to your application.

About the role

In this role, you are a reliable and independent partner to hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process. You will become part of a recruitment function responsible for recruiting both unionized employees and white-collar workers, employer branding, and student relations, while simultaneously supporting the Swedish operations in operational recruitment matters and driving local development based on business needs. The role is based in Sandviken and is offered in a hybrid setup. Travel to Stockholm and Hallstahammar may occur and can be planned in advance.

  • Independently drive recruitment processes for specialists, experts, and managers. In your role, you take full ownership of timelines and quality in the processes.
  • Provide consultative support to hiring managers regarding requirement profiles, selection, interviews, assessments, reference checks, and appointments.
  • Actively identify and drive local development projects and training activities.
  • Participate in and support local and national employer branding activities.
  • Participate in Swedish and global development initiatives related to recruitment and act as a local change leader in line with Alleima’s principles for quality recruitment and talent attraction.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have substantial practical experience in independently driving end-to-end recruitment processes, with the ability to create structure, maintain pace, and make well-balanced assessments. You have experience recruiting white-collar workers, especially specialists and experts, and you are confident in working with executive recruitment and using assessment tools. Experience from an in-house recruitment function is highly meritorious, as is contributing to the development of recruitment methods in a changing organization, which is very valuable in this role.

You must also be accustomed to working with and influencing complex stakeholders and able to contribute perspectives from other companies to compare, calibrate, and raise the standard of how recruitment is conducted.

You work in a structured and well-organized manner, collaborate well with others, and are proactive in identifying and driving improvements. You are clear and confident in your dialogue with stakeholders even when situations are challenging, and you are change-oriented with a natural approach as an early adopter.

A university or college education is meritorious, but your practical experience weighs heavier than formal education. You need to be able to communicate well verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. At Alleima, we value people who get things done and want to turn ideas into action. At the same time, you become part of an environment where people support each other and where every contribution counts.

What you can expect from us

  • An important role where you get to use your experience in practice and contribute to strengthening recruitment, quality, and working methods in the Swedish organization.
  • A supportive environment and strong community where every individual is seen, appreciated, and given the opportunity to contribute.
  • Opportunities to develop in a moving business, with a hybrid setup and a daily life close to both operational delivery and long-term development.
