About the role

To our Program Support Management Team, we are looking for an engaged and driven Team Manager who wants to lead our Domain Expertise Support team.

At Bjorn Lunden, Domain Expertise refers to our products within payroll administration, accounting, and tax, as well as customer knowledge (compliance), where the team is responsible for first-line customer support. To succeed in the role, it is important that you have competence in at least one of these areas.

As Team Manager, you report directly to the Group Head of Program Support and play a key role in developing both employees and working methods. You lead a team of 5–10 support employees who support our customers in these areas.

You are responsible for good results, strong engagement, and a first-class customer experience. Reporting and ongoing dialogue with your nearest manager take place in English.

Your main areas of responsibility are:

  • Personnel responsibility for the team, including goals, follow-up, coaching, and ongoing feedback
  • Support employees in their daily work and competence development
  • Handle and coordinate escalations of priority cases
  • Ensure that working methods, routines, and quality requirements are followed
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment in the team
  • Be responsible for and develop our high service level

You will work closely with other support functions, such as Technical Expertise Support and User Community & Self Service, to ensure that our customers get the best possible support experience.

About you

We are looking for a Team Manager with leadership experience and a strong commitment to leading and developing people.

You have a background in at least one of the relevant areas, which enables you to understand and support your team's work. Curiosity about how AI can contribute to improving support, efficiency, and customer experience is a plus.

You contribute new perspectives and ideas and enjoy developing the business together with the Group Head of Program Support and other team managers. You are confident in leading change, identifying more efficient working methods, and at the same time maintaining focus on high customer quality.

You thrive on getting people to collaborate and share knowledge, even in an international organization where everyone is not located in the same place.

Collaboration is natural to you, and you value working together towards common goals. You take responsibility for your work while supporting the team's continued development. Quality and precision are a natural part of your working style.

You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.

Who are we?

We are Bjorn Lunden, the business platform that simplifies everyday life for small and medium-sized businesses. We have a simple belief: every company deserves growth opportunities. We are here to make that possible 🐻.

We are on a really exciting journey. We aim high, and our vision is to become one of the leading providers of software solutions for accounting and finance in northwestern Europe. With roots in Hälsingland, more precisely in the small town of Näsviken, we have grown rapidly in recent years, going from a smaller, national company to an international group. In addition to Sweden, we are present in the Netherlands and Denmark.

The goal is simply to make everyday life a little easier for business owners and entrepreneurs. Something we believe we can achieve with really good software, knowledge, innovation, and TACO. Maybe not the taco you are thinking of, but our type of TACO – Trust, Ambition, Collaboration and Ownership.

Our offer

We offer you a role in an international and growing company with a strong market position, which wants to challenge the industry giants. It is important to us that our employees are well and enjoy their work. We want to be a decent employer and strive for a sustainable balance between work and leisure. We do this, among other things, by offering good conditions and benefits, 30 days of vacation, and the possibility of flexibility. We want to be the obvious choice for employees who want to feel good and have fun at work.

Application

The position is a permanent full-time employment located in Hudiksvall, Näsviken, or Ljusdal.

The last day for applications is August 16, 2026. Interviews may take place on an ongoing basis, so do not wait to submit your application. Since the recruitment process is handled by a manager based in the Netherlands, we ask you to submit your application in English.

We are actively working on the recruitment until week 27 and will resume the process after the summer holiday in week 33.

If you have questions or concerns, you are welcome to contact (in English):

Erwin Louwman, Group Head of Program Support [email protected]

*For this recruitment, all types of requests regarding external assistance via recruitment agencies or similar solutions are declined.
