About the role

In this role, you are a reliable and independent partner to hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process. You will become part of a recruitment function responsible for recruiting both unionized employees and white-collar workers, employer branding, and student relations, while also supporting the Swedish operations with operational recruitment matters and driving local development based on business needs. The role is based in Sandviken and is offered in a hybrid setup. Travel to Stockholm and Hallstahammar may occur and can be planned in advance.

• Independently drive recruitment processes for unionized employees and specialists. In your role, you take full ownership of the timeline and quality of the processes.
• Provide consultative support to hiring managers regarding requirement profiles, selection, interviews, assessments, reference checks, and appointments.
• Actively support and collaborate with the local employer branding specialist in recruiting and appointing various student positions.
• Actively participate in local development projects and training activities.
• Participate in and support local and national employer branding activities.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have practical experience in independently driving end-to-end recruitment processes, with the ability to create structure, maintain pace, and make well-balanced assessments. You have experience recruiting production-oriented personnel, particularly unionized employees and specialists. Experience from an in-house recruitment function is meritorious but not a requirement.

You work in a structured and well-organized manner, collaborate well with others, and are eager to participate in local improvement initiatives. You are clear and confident in your dialogue with stakeholders even when situations are challenging, and you are change-oriented with a natural approach as an early adopter.

A university or college education is meritorious, but your practical experience weighs heavier than formal education. You need to be able to communicate well verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. At Alleima, we value people who get things done and want to turn ideas into action.
