Your Role

Are you a problem solver with a burning passion for technology and production? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team that constantly strives to optimize and improve our production processes? We are now looking for a Junior Production Engineer for our rapidly growing business.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth and efficient production chain.
• Assist production with deviation management in the event of any stoppages.
• Develop clear and useful production documentation, such as routines, job descriptions, and instructions.

Your Profile

We are looking for a team-oriented and communicative person with curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset that makes you a valuable asset. You are structured, meticulous, and have an eye for detail and quality. You master both Swedish and English, in speech and writing. You will be part of a knowledgeable and wonderful team that supports and inspires each other in daily work.

Qualifications:

• Some years of work experience in manufacturing industry or a similar role.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured working method.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Good ability to understand and interpret drawings and construction documentation.
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of IPC 610 and/or IPC 620.
• Experience with different methodologies for root cause analysis (RCA).
