Why this job is for you
You want to work as a technical consultant in assignments where your expertise contributes to the development of tomorrow's products and production solutions. Together with our customers, we contribute to the development of production, quality, and project activities. With us, you get the opportunity to work with complex technical challenges where your ideas, analyses, and solutions make a difference. We believe in giving our engineers responsibility and trust to influence both working methods and technical choices. At the same time, collaboration is a central part of our culture – you will work closely with colleagues, customers, and cross-functional teams to create the best solutions together.
Through varied assignments with leading industrial companies, you will have the opportunity to broaden your competence and develop in the direction you choose. We do not believe in a predetermined career path – with us, you shape your development based on your ambitions, whether you want to deepen your knowledge in a specific technical area, broaden your experience, or take on new roles over time.
You will work within our business area Hardware & Design, where we combine broad engineering competence with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach – to develop physical products and digital experiences all the way from concept to mass production.
Responsibilities
With us, you become part of a team with broad technical competence where we together solve complex challenges within several engineering fields. As a consultant, you work primarily on-site with our customers, where you contribute your expertise to their development projects and operations. The assignments vary in scope and content, and depending on your competence, experience, and interests, you will work in one or more of the following areas:
- Mechanical design
- Automation
- Electrical design
- Production development/process development
- Project management/tech lead
Qualifications
To fit the role, we believe you enjoy working in project form, often in complex production environments, have an ability to work with a continuous improvement mindset, and enjoy having various contact surfaces. As a person, you are unpretentious, curious, and flexible. To succeed in the role, you also have:
- Curiosity about/awareness of the consultant role
- Experience working in manufacturing industry, preferably production-related
- Relevant engineering degree or equivalent
- Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English
As some of our assignments are subject to defense secrecy, a successful security clearance may be required for the assignment.
