About the Role

As a fiber technician, you will work with the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fiber optic networks. The work includes both new construction and service assignments where high quality and precise documentation are a natural part of the delivery.

Responsibilities

• Fiber splicing and installation of fiber networks
• Measurement, testing, and troubleshooting of fiber installations
• Documentation and quality assurance of completed work
• Pipe and cable pulling
• Service, maintenance, and fault resolution in network infrastructure
• Field work, both independently and in teams

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a fiber technician
• Experience with fiber splicing, measurement, and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of Swedish or English is required
• Category B driver's license is required; BE license is an advantage
• Certificates for Road Work 1 & 2 and Hot Work are advantageous
• SOS-L certification is highly advantageous
