We are now looking for a substitute special needs teacher for Vansbro Municipality. You will work at Parkskolan and Berghedens skola. As a special needs teacher, you are a resource within our organization. With your expertise, you support teaching teachers in pedagogical matters and collaborate closely with the rest of the student health services to create a safe and accessible school environment for all students. Learning Sector is responsible for all municipal operations within preschool, primary school, after-school care, adapted primary school, upper secondary school, adult education, and Vansbro Dance and Music School. All schools have VFU supervisors, and we consider it a given to welcome teacher students to us.

You will:

• offer support at both group and individual levels, and work preventively by analyzing students' difficulties at the organizational, group, and individual levels.
• work and be present in the daily operations regarding our students, both individually and in groups, in close collaboration with other teachers.
• be part of the school's development work and planning for further education.
• contribute unique special pedagogical competence to the pedagogical work.
• map obstacles and opportunities in the school environment and students' need for special support.
• conduct pedagogical investigations and develop action plans for students who need extra support.
• conduct supervision and consultation to support educators.
• follow up, evaluate, and support the continuous development of our operations and learning environments.
• work together with your colleagues so that students succeed in their learning through curiosity, security, and hope for the future.
• participate in and lead various networks.

You must have:

• a special needs teacher degree.

A valid extract from the criminal record register must be presented before employment.
