About the role

We are looking for you who are an experienced heat pump technician and want to work with our growing team within Energy Products.

As a person, you are an engaged and goal-oriented technician with a genuine interest in practical work. You thrive in a varied daily routine where no two days are alike, allowing you to combine technical skills with first-class service.

In this role, you will work with the installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heat pumps – a field where your expertise truly makes a difference. With a focus on quality and customer benefit, you deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.

You will become an important part of our growing team, where collaboration and team spirit are central, while you are given ample space to work independently and take initiative.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have several years of experience as a heat pump technician
• Have at least a secondary education (high school diploma)
• Have worked in industries such as energy, electricity, or plumbing/HVAC (additional asset)
• Are driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
• Have good technical understanding and can translate customer needs into the right solutions
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
