Adecco is now seeking an experienced Project Manager for an exciting consulting assignment with our client, Johnson & Johnson. The role involves leading critical facility projects from start to finish, with a special focus on the transformation and improvement of site-related water systems.

About the Assignment

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating projects within the facility area, with a focus on water quality and technical systems in a regulated production environment. You will also support ongoing and upcoming projects, including documentation, risk assessments, and coordination of minor construction and renovation activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead facility projects from initiation through implementation to completion
  • Work on the improvement and transformation of water production and treatment systems
  • Ensure proper documentation, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate minor construction and renovation projects on-site
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
  • Work according to established processes and routines within a global organization

This is a consulting assignment via Adecco, starting August 24th. The assignment is expected to last for four months, with a possibility of extension.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Documented experience in project management within engineering or facility management
  • Experience with water production and/or water treatment systems
  • Knowledge of validation within medical device production (ISO 13485)
  • Experience in construction or renovation of facilities
  • Experience working according to structured corporate processes (e.g., Johnson & Johnson)
  • Good understanding of project budgets, planning, and documentation
  • A relevant engineering degree or equivalent

  • Strong leadership skills and good communication skills
  • Ability to drive multiple activities in parallel
  • Solution-oriented with a technical interest
