We are now looking for a Team Leader in Container & Water Treatment for our operations in Uppsala.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you play a central role in the business, responsible for daily planning, resource allocation, and follow-up of our assignments regarding container solutions and mobile water treatment units.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and distribute the daily work for our operators.
• Have personnel responsibility for approximately 10 employees.
• Ensure that assignments are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to the customer's order.
• Be responsible for order handling, invoicing, and other administration.
• Serve as the customer's contact person from inquiry to completed assignment.
• Monitor business results regarding quality, customer satisfaction, working environment, and profitability.
• Participate in improvement work and development of the business.

About You and What We Are Looking For

• Experience in leadership with personnel responsibility.
• Experience from contracting, environmental, transport, or related industries.
• Good computer skills along with administrative ability and experience in order handling and invoicing.
• Experience in planning and coordinating resources.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
