Conelement manufactures and delivers prefabricated concrete elements and frames to the professional construction market. Conelement's business idea is to cost-effectively project manage and develop customer-adapted solutions with prefabricated concrete elements through high presence and engagement. The ambition is to contribute to reduced climate impact, increased durability, and reduced energy consumption through unique and specialized products to meet future sustainability challenges. Production takes place indoors in a factory environment, which ensures high quality and cost-effectiveness with fewer transports and on-site completions. The factory's location in Enköping is optimal for reaching projects in Stockholm and the Mälardalen region with short transports, which is both cost-effective and environmentally friendly.

We are now looking for an engaged project manager who wants to drive exciting projects and move our business forward. Here, you will have a key role in the operations where you are responsible for ensuring that projects are carried out with high quality, good profitability, and satisfied customers. The role involves close collaboration with customers, designers, production, and contractors to ensure that projects are carried out according to agreed schedules, quality, and budget.

The work is varied and combines technical, administrative, and communicative tasks. Documentation and follow-up are a natural part of everyday life and contribute to creating structure and quality in the projects. Whether you are relatively new to the working world or have a few years of experience, we value the right attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take responsibility above all else.

Travel is part of the role, mainly during the day, but overnight stays may occur if necessary.

• Plan, lead, and follow up on projects from start to finish
• Be the company's contact person towards customers and partners
• Coordinate the various actors in the project and ensure good communication
• Follow up on schedules, economy, and quality
• Handle project administration and documentation
• Participate in construction meetings, site visits, and project follow-ups
• Contribute to the development and improvement of working methods and processes

We are looking for you who have a great commitment, take responsibility for your tasks, and enjoy driving the work forward. You don't need to know everything from the start – the most important thing is that you have the will to learn, are curious, idea-rich, and able to find good rational solutions that benefit us and our customers.

• Experience of project or construction management in the construction and civil engineering industry.
• Good construction technical knowledge
• Good administrative skills and habit of working in a structured way
• Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing
• A solution-oriented and responsible way of working
• Category B driver's license
• Languages: Swedish and English. Polish is an advantage.

An advantage, but not a requirement, is a background as a university engineer in construction, worked on a construction site as a site manager, foreman, or project engineer. A background in the prefab industry is also an advantage.
