Villalid is an established construction company with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry. Since 2006, we have grown into a team of 60 employees, and over the past nine years, we have specialized in comprehensive apartment renovations (ROT) in the "Million Programme" housing areas. We operate from 11 locations in northern Stockholm, ranging from Jordbro up to Uppsala. We renovate approximately 200 apartments annually and have an annual turnover of around 65 million SEK.

About the role

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, responsible, and loyal. You must have prior experience as a painter and be able to keep a good pace.

At Villalid, we support each other when needed – for example, you may occasionally assist with demolition, material deliveries, or waste management.

We are looking for someone who has:

At least 2–4 years of experience as a painter
The ability to work independently and efficiently
A positive and responsible work attitude
Good proficiency in Swedish
Valid B-class driver's license (mandatory)
