Head Waiter/Restaurant Manager at an Italian Restaurant in Stockholm

We value quality, tradition, and a family atmosphere, and are now seeking a driven and engaged Head Waiter/Restaurant Manager who can take our team to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management and scheduling.
• Ensure that all guests receive an exceptional food and beverage experience.
• Lead and coach the serving team to ensure the highest level of service and professionalism.
• Work closely with the kitchen to maintain a smooth flow between the kitchen and the serving area.
• Handle any guest complaints or requests and ensure that everyone has a positive experience.
• Responsible for restaurant reservations, follow-up on customer feedback, and event planning.
• Ensure that laws and guidelines for health, safety, and alcohol service are followed.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience working as a head waiter or restaurant manager, preferably in the Italian or fine dining sector.
• Are a natural leader who thrives on motivating and developing a team.
• Have a strong commitment to creating a first-class guest experience and delivering high service.
• Are organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Are communicative and have good knowledge of Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Have a genuine interest in food and drink, as well as a good understanding of Italian gastronomy and wine.
