Bockholmen Hav & Restaurang is Bockholmengruppens first restaurant, established in 2003.

We are a contemporary Swedish archipelago bistro serving classic Swedish and South European cuisine. The restaurant accommodates approximately 290 guests across the main dining room, outdoor terrace, private booths (chambre séparée), and bar.

During the summer season, we also open our Kärleksbar and Orangeriet, located right by the water.

Salary according to agreement.

As a waiter/waitress at Bockholmen Hav & Restaurang, you will enjoy a fast-paced, challenging, and fun work environment. We are looking for a proactive individual who puts the guest first. Being service-oriented, solution-focused, and genuinely engaged with our guests is essential for success in this role. You will be responsible for ensuring every guest receives professional, warm, and welcoming service, along with that extra touch that makes their visit memorable.

Your responsibilities:

• Station management
• Responsible and legal alcohol service
• In-depth knowledge of our full food and beverage menu
• Cash handling and payment processing
• Opening and closing procedures

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of table service experience
• Thrives under pressure and maintains composure in a fast-paced environment
• Is social, friendly, and outgoing
• Is flexible and highly organized
