Pierre Robert is an established Nordic brand that develops underwear and basics for women, men, and children, focusing on quality, comfort, and Scandinavian design. We are now looking for a driven field sales representative who wants to strengthen our presence in the grocery retail sector in Southern Sweden. We are looking for you who want to be part of developing Pierre Robert's continued expansion in Sweden. Here you will have a key role in building relationships, creating new business, and developing sales in your district.
About the role
As a field sales representative at Pierre Robert, you are responsible for your district, where you develop sales and build long-term relationships with grocery retail stores. The role involves great freedom with individual responsibility and suits you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment with many customer contacts and a high degree of autonomy.
You present and sell our concept – our products and services – to new stores, while expanding our presence and assortment in existing stores to promote growth and profitability. You ensure that stores have an attractive and sales-driving department with the right assortment. Through dialogue with merchandisers in your district, you ensure service levels, that new products and any campaigns are represented on the shelves and in other in-store displays.

Qualifications and experience
We are primarily looking for you who have experience in the role of field sales representative within the grocery retail sector, and if you have also worked with concept sales, it is a merit. Your personal qualities are crucial for success and enjoyment in the sales role with us, and to thrive, we believe you are/have:

Employment
The position is a fixed-term employment until December 2026, with a high possibility of extension. The first month is at 60% before transitioning to 100%. Start date: August 2026. During employment, you are employed by SRB Retail House and thereby seconded to Pierre Robert.
Your place of residence is preferably Malmö/Helsingborg and surrounding areas. The district is relatively large, and overnight stays may occur during visits to different locations in your district as well as at sales conferences.
A driver's license is required, and we prefer that you have your own car to use for the role with compensation.
