The role

As a consultant, you work on assignments for clients in manufacturing, defense, and technology. The role is tailored to your competencies and our customers' needs.

You often operate at the interface between production, technology, and business. You may take on assignments as a project or program manager within industrialization or change management, business developer within production or supply chain, or specialist in quality, flows, and process development. In this role, you can also support organizations in developing working methods, processes, and structures, and take a leading position in building or further developing production capabilities.

The role is based in Linköping, but there may be opportunities for assignments in nearby locations such as Norrköping and Nyköping.

As the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you must pass a security clearance with register check.

What we are looking for

We are looking for you who have accumulated experience from various roles within industrialization and production and are eager to bring this knowledge into new operations and make a difference. As a person, you are engaged, curious, and unpretentious, and thrive in technology-intensive environments where people with different backgrounds work together to achieve set goals.

We prefer that you have a degree as a civil engineer or university engineer, or another background considered equivalent. It is an advantage if you have competence in Lean, improvement work, or quality development.
