Your Role

Are you ready for the next step in your career? Saab Dynamics is looking for an engaged Configuration Manager to join our innovative team in Linköping. Here, you will play a key role in projects that drive and shape the technology of the future.

In this role, you work with Configuration Management (CM) and create and maintain CM plans that become the core of our projects, both in the quotation phase and throughout the entire project lifecycle. You ensure that established processes are followed and that routines and infrastructure are in place so that the configurations of our products are continuously updated and correctly documented at decided milestones. An important part of the role is also to highlight and strengthen the CM capability within projects and operations.

You participate in strategic forums for change management and contribute to technical reviews. Furthermore, you keep project and program management updated, participate in methodology development, and drive improvements in working methods and development processes to ensure we continue to stay at the forefront.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a strong interest in Configuration Management (CM) and want to contribute to our development of successful systems with high delivery precision. You are structured, enjoy order and clarity, and thrive both working independently and in collaboration with others. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and have an aptitude for making complex information understandable.

We are looking for you who have:

• Experience working with Configuration Management (CM)
• Good communication skills in speech and writing in Swedish and English
• Ability to work in a structured manner and handle multiple tasks/projects in parallel

Meritorious:

• Experience with IFS
• Previous work with technical development projects

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
