About Nära Vård Rehab Team Linköping

We are an engaged and competent rehab team responsible for staffing rehabilitation personnel within special housing and LSS group homes operated by ourselves. The team is led by a group manager and consists of occupational therapists and physiotherapists, working in close collaboration with the SSK (nursing) team within special housing and group homes.

Job Description

We are now looking for a licensed physiotherapist to join Nära Vård's rehab team in Linköping, with responsibility for special housing and LSS accommodations. Our units are located both within and outside of Linköping.

As a physiotherapist with us, you will have a varied and meaningful role where you work both independently and in close collaboration with your colleagues. You are responsible for assessments, planning and implementation of interventions, as well as documentation. The role also includes mentoring and educating care staff, making you a vital part of the organization's competence development.

Employment: 100%, permanent position with a 6-month probation period.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist and wish to contribute both competence and engagement to our team. You are responsible, independent, and humble in your professional role, with a good ability to prioritize and make decisions.

You thrive in collaboration and have a natural way of leading and inspiring others. Mentoring and supporting care staff in health and medical matters is seen by you as a natural and important part of your work. Furthermore, you are motivated by developing and organizing work in an effective and high-quality manner together with your colleagues.

Requirements

  • Licensed physiotherapist
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
