Working hours: Evenings 16:00–21:00, and weekends 07:30–13:30 or 16:00–21:00. Hours can be adjusted in consultation with you and the client.

Responsibilities: You will perform advanced health and medical care and participate in the delegation process for nursing staff. Your duties include general and specific nursing care, medical assessments, and treatment responsibility to ensure the individual receives the care and treatment prescribed by the physician. You will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and following care plans, as well as providing guidance and counseling to nursing staff in the team according to the purchaser's routines. Additional tasks include reporting, processing and follow-up of deviations, documentation in various operational systems, participation in improvement work and organizational changes, archiving, and staffing the "Vård till Vård" (VTV) phone service. Practical tasks may include assessments, executing prescriptions, wound care, sample collection, and support/guidance for nursing staff.

Requirements:

• Nursing license (Sjuksköterskelegitimation)
• Swedish language proficiency at C1 level
• Category B driver's license
• At least two (2) years of professional experience as a nurse

Merits:
