Scale Administrator (Fixed-term Contract)

The Role Includes:

As a Scale Administrator, you will have a varied and dynamic role with significant impact on daily operations. You will handle the intake and dispatch of waste (household waste and commercial waste). You will manage weighing procedures and ensure the control of documentation and transport records. Additionally, you will plan transports and pickups to and from our recycling centers.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Incoming and outgoing weighing of truck traffic using our administrative scale program, ScanX.Net
  • Handling and administration of transport documents
  • Planning of pickups and deliveries to and from our recycling centers
  • Registration of orders and invoicing data in our business system, EDP Future
  • Invoicing external customers, commercial customers, and corporate cards
  • Registering customers in the access control system, ScanX.Net
  • Generating scale statistics, reporting data, and maintaining registers
  • Telephone and physical contact with customers and suppliers
  • Other administrative tasks such as mail handling and updating operational routines
  • Ongoing communication with foremen, recycling center staff, contractors, and suppliers
  • Registration with various portals, such as the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Switchboard duties
  • Invoice processing
  • Other relevant administrative duties

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • We prefer candidates with a few years of experience in a similar role. Experience in waste management or transport is an advantage.
  • You have good computer skills, including the Office package. Experience with order management in a business system is considered an asset.
  • You express yourself well and have good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • You are positive, structured, organized, and treat our customers and suppliers with trust and courtesy. You are also stress-resistant, flexible, and accustomed to juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • We are a small team, so we value collaboration and the ability to communicate effectively with all personality types.
  • Valid ADR 1.3 certification.

Type of Contract: Parental Leave Substitute

Scope: Full-time

Duration: 13 months, with a possibility of extension.

Start Date: 2026-10-01 or as agreed

Location: Kattarp, Broby

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
