The role

As a consultant at Combitech, you lead complex projects and change initiatives in technology-intensive operations, working closely with the customer and becoming a key figure in their development journey – from strategy and planning to execution and results.

The role is varied and may involve acting as a project or program manager in complex organizations, driving business development with a focus on structure, processes, and ways of working, or leading change initiatives within production, logistics, or Supply Chain. You may also be responsible for steering, monitoring, and establishing KPI structures, leading or coordinating cross-functional teams within technology, operations, and IT, and supporting executive teams and managers in their development and change work.

Through your work, you contribute to creating more efficient and competitive operations within areas such as production, logistics, product development, project operations, and system development.

The role is based in Linköping, but there may be opportunities for assignments in nearby locations such as Norrköping and Nyköping.

As the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and pass a security clearance with register check.

By being curious and generous with your knowledge, you help our customers achieve success and development. We prefer that you have an academic education in technology, industrial economics, logistics, or equivalent.
