About the role

By handling questions and feedback via email, phone, chat, and other channels, we ensure that every customer receives the support they need, on their terms.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, goal-oriented, and loves providing service and support. Your attitude should be "how can I help you?" and we always strive to improve our service by learning and seeing things from the customer's perspective.
Handling all common tasks in customer service, including:
- Product advice
- Delivery inquiries
- Service and complaint cases
- Administrative tasks
We measure our performance with statistics against both daily and monthly goals, which are reported continuously and followed up by the Head of Customer Care.
Who are you? We are looking for someone with at least a high school education and previous experience in customer service, either from retail or phone-based service. If you have experience from the home electronics industry and a passionate interest in today's technology and its development, that's a bonus!
In terms of personality, you are outgoing and easily build connections with people. You take initiative and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the department. Order and structure are important to you, and you are meticulous and systematic in your work. Furthermore, integrity and a sense of responsibility are central to you, and you spread positivity and helpfulness around you. Being service-oriented is a given, and you are passionate about helping customers and improving their experience.
You need to have good computer skills and be able to handle the Office suite. Additionally, we expect you to have excellent language skills in both Swedish and English. If you have experience with the business system IFS, we see it as an extra merit.
