About the position

We at Arvidsjaur's home care service are now looking for more stars to join our fantastic team. Responsibilities

• You support users in their daily lives, all according to the decisions of the social worker.
• Provide support and companionship, and contribute to creating a meaningful daily life.
• Use our digital planning system to plan the users' interventions.
• Document in the operational system and follow individual implementation plans.
• Through our contact person system, you have a special responsibility for some users, where you help create and follow up on implementation plans as well as handle information transfer.
• Collaboration is key! You work closely with other home care groups and HSL staff to ensure that all users receive the best possible care.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have education in care and social services or equivalent experience, as well as good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You have the ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as the ability to plan and organize your work. We also place great emphasis on your ability to collaborate. A B driving license is an advantage, but not a requirement.

The current employment includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.
