We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse or district nurse and who have good knowledge of Office 365 as well as the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish, corresponding to at least level C1. We consider it meritorious if you have further education in areas such as asthma/COPD, diabetes, or supervision, as well as experience of working in primary care or telephone counseling. Knowledge of the medical record system Cosmic, VAS, or in a minority language is also considered meritorious.

We place great importance on personal qualities. As a person, you are flexible and have an easy time adapting to changed conditions in the operation. You are communicative and have the ability to build trusting relationships with both patients and colleagues. Furthermore, you have good teamwork skills and thrive in working in teams where you together contribute to good and safe care.

With us, we work in a clear team-based approach where collaboration is the foundation of everything we do. The operation is organized into three cross-professional teams where several different professional groups are represented. Together, the team takes responsibility for their patients, which creates conditions for good continuity, a holistic view, and high quality in care.

A central part of our working method is the team round. Here, the team meets regularly to jointly plan, prioritize, and follow up on patient work. The team round gives structure to everyday life, strengthens the common view of the patients, and contributes to close and effective collaboration between professions.

As a nurse with us, you have a central role in the patient's care. The work is varied and includes, among other things: Acute and planned patient contacts, reception work with own booked times, telephone counseling, and work in close collaboration with other professions in your Team.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position, with working hours scheduled during daytime between 08:00-17:00. Start date according to agreement.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
