Your future challenge

We are now looking for a driven Quality Engineer for the Quality Department. The Quality Department is part of the Programmes, Quality & Strategy function and supports the company's functions in quality assurance work.

As a Quality Engineer, you will work in a varied and stimulating environment where you have internal contacts with several departments and functions, but above all with our customers. The work involves working on both large tenders and ongoing customer projects. In the projects, you are responsible for establishing good quality planning and configuration control.

Examples of tasks:

• Establish good cooperation regarding quality work with the customer
• Develop quality and configuration plans in customer projects and ensure good compliance through close cooperation with various line roles and the project group.
• Be responsible for the delivery process to the customer
• Understand the requirements of standards and convey the meaning of the requirements to the business
• Conduct quality audits (internal and at partners)
• Ensure that customer quality requirements are met and formulate appropriate quality requirements for our partners
• Act as a moderator in internal cross-functional investigations
• Review design changes

The person you are

We would like you to have good technical or equivalent relevant education. You are accustomed to working with different problem-solving methods, have good knowledge of how a manufacturing company operates and is managed. You have experience in quality work and good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. We are looking for you with an interest in quality issues and a desire to develop within the quality area. Competence in ISO 9001 is an advantage. We view previous experience in project management positively.

To thrive in the role, you need to be an independent person who, through drive and engagement, has the ability to structure and plan work well. Since you will work in project teams, you enjoy collaborating with others as well as taking your own initiatives. The role requires that you are a good communicator and that you thrive in an environment where change is part of everyday life.
