Hägglunds is growing and we are facing a significant volume increase in our workshops with several new project startups in the near future. We are now establishing a completely new role as Sub-project Manager within the Prototypes & Hulls section (P&S) and are looking for you who want to take the next step in your career.

Your future challenge

As a Sub-project Manager (DPL), you will plan, lead, and ensure the progress of our deliveries within P&S. In the projects, you act as a link between OPM and project members within P&S. You coordinate the work within the section and support our managers with project-specific issues.

The main task is to plan, lead, and coordinate the roles within the section to ensure progress and deliveries such as documentation and hulls for the projects. Among other things, you will:

• Implement decisions from the project and management group
• Ensure progress in operations
• Be responsible for assigned tasks being carried out according to schedule, quality, cost, and internal routines
• Follow up on and drive activities related to hull manufacturing to enable deliveries to internal customers
• Collaborate across internal interfaces and coordinate with adjacent functions
• Act as operational support for OPM, foremen, and Engineering
• Lead pulse meetings in the workshops together with foremen
• Participate in meetings for material follow-up, handovers, and project reviews
• Follow up on KPIs
• Report project status to OPM, management group, and unit managers
