About the Role

What You Will Do

As an estimator/planner, you work closely with both technology and people. You plan, design, and drive the planning process forward – from idea to finished solution. Your work contributes directly to a robust and future-proof electricity grid in Sweden.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Plan and design overhead line networks, underground cable networks, and grid stations for new construction, reconstruction, and maintenance projects
• Develop technical solutions and cost estimates
• Maintain ongoing contact with landowners, customers, and authorities
• Prepare documentation for quotations, bids, and material orders
• Ensure that documentation meets high quality standards
• Participate in developing working methods and contribute to operational improvement

You move between the office and field projects – daily travel is therefore a natural part of the job.

Requirements

You thrive in a role where you can combine technology, collaboration, and structure. You like taking responsibility for your work and contributing to solutions that work in practice – both on paper and in reality.

We know you will develop together with us. However, we would like you to already have:

• Electrical engineering education or equivalent experience
• Experience working with overhead lines, underground cable networks, or grid stations in the role of estimator/planner and/or leading distribution electrician (meritorious)
• Knowledge in areas such as EBR, project management, costing, contract management, and bidding (meritorious)
• Good computer skills and ability to work in various systems, preferably within dpPower, GURU, or AvCAD
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Category B driver's license is required
