Job Description

We are now looking for you who want to work as a System Owner/Manager at our client's office, centrally located in Stockholm. As a System Owner/Manager, you will work together with internal roles and external system suppliers to ensure that some of our most central systems are managed and developed in line with the business's needs. You will be part of our Knowledge, Process & Innovation (KPI) team. KPI is a unit that works closely with the advisory business with the aim of facilitating, supporting, and developing their client delivery regarding digital capabilities, knowledge management, and ways of working. Central to this is to capitalize on the opportunities of digitalization, optimize internal knowledge sharing, streamline important work processes, and ensure that our tools and resources are used effectively.

Responsibilities

The work is varied and includes both operational and more tactical efforts. You use your experience in system management or product ownership to work proactively, with high quality, and driven by development. As a System Owner/Manager, you act as the hub between technology and business/operations, as well as a link between systems and needs. Your primary task is to handle a number of business-critical applications – primarily regarding effect realization, performance/quality, and user satisfaction.

• Work closely with system owners, suppliers, and technical responsible parties – to ensure that effects are achieved, both regarding quality and satisfaction.
• Develop and own management plans for specific systems.
• Convene management meetings where both user-related and technical perspectives are addressed and handled.
• Operationally drive activities defined in the management plan – which often involve adjustments/improvements in product/system, user understanding, and communication.
• Work with needs analysis, orders, follow-up, and planning.
• Drive releases and upgrades and coordinate testing.
• Maintain an ongoing dialogue with Vinge's Helpdesk and Super Users to gain insight into specific application challenges and incidents.
• Conduct smaller training initiatives and optimize license usage.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education in IT, technology, business development, or equivalent experience. You are good at collaborating, building relationships, and creating trust in different parts of the business. Furthermore, you are flexible and thrive in a changing environment where development is a natural part of everyday life.

Requirements:

• You have experience in system management, product ownership, or project management.
• You are accustomed to working in a role where you act as a requirement setter and purchaser towards an IT organization and/or system suppliers, while also being a skilled executor.
• You have a good system understanding and thrive in a role where you get to combine structure with development and operational execution.

Merits:

It is an advantage if you have experience with ITIL, problem/incident management, and Professional Services.
