About the team
Welcome to Nordea Norrtälje – a wonderful team characterized by a strong winning culture focused on results, where we help each other succeed and strive to deliver Sweden's best customer experience and advice. About the role
As a Service Advisor, you are often the customer's first point of contact, playing a key role in creating positive customer experiences, facilitating the customer journey, and identifying business opportunities. You provide first-class service, tips, and advice regarding the bank's services, products, and channels. You meet customers both digitally and in person.
Your focus areas will include:
- Working together with your colleagues to ensure high accessibility, trust, and customer satisfaction, with a focus on resolving the customer's issue immediately.
- Using a proactive approach to identify sales and service opportunities during customer interactions, and ensuring that the customer meets with a Private Banker or Business Banker if needed to contribute to long-term customer relationships.
- Actively ensuring that customers are offered our various services, products, and channels based on their needs.
This is a fixed-term position for approximately 12 months. The role is based on-site in Norrtälje.
Who you are
You:
- Have the ability to put yourself in the customer's situation and have a natural aptitude for establishing contact in meetings with both customers and colleagues.
- Are motivated by working result-oriented, skillfully connecting customer needs with our products and services.
- Actively work on developing your own competencies and sharing knowledge with colleagues, contributing to an open and positive climate.
- Embrace new technology that you use in the digital meeting with the customer.
- Have good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Have a completed and approved upper secondary education.
