UCS One Business is now looking for a Senior Accountant who wants to combine qualified accounting work with advisory, development, and the opportunity to coach and support our junior consultants. About the role

As a Senior Accountant here, you will have a central role in the team and become an important part of our continued development.

You are responsible for your own customer assignments, act as an advisor to customers, and actively contribute to developing both our working methods and our customer offering. At the same time, you share your knowledge and serve as a mentor and coach for our junior consultants.

The role involves broad responsibilities ranging from simpler annual accounts and financial statements to more advanced group accounting. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Monthly and annual closing
• Preparation of annual accounts and tax returns
• Reconciliations and analyses
• Efficiency and development of financial processes
• Advisory and customer contact
• Coaching and support for junior consultants

You report to the team leader and become part of a flat-hierarchy and solution-oriented team where we support each other, share knowledge, and have fun together.

Who are you?

We are looking for you with a few years of experience in qualified accounting work, and who feel confident with closing, annual accounts, and tax returns.

You have a stable foundation to stand on but are also curious and want to continue developing. If you have experience with group accounting and an interest in systems and digitalization, we see this as a merit.
