Two teams have openings
Team 5 – Work in the office
Here you get fixed hourly wage + commission from day one, as we can see you and ensure you are present at work. You work on-site with colleagues and leaders close by. This is perfect for you who prefer to be physically present, but do not seek the flexibility that Team 7 offers after the introduction period.
Working hours: Weekdays, Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00

Team 7 – Work from home
You start in our fast-track program with variable pay from the start. Once you are warmed up and we see that you deliver results, there is an opportunity to move to fixed hourly wage + commission – the same setup and earning potential as in Team 5, but with full flexibility to continue working on your terms and from any location.
You connect to the office from your own computer, wherever you are, with a fixed hourly wage and commission.
Working hours: Same as the offices – weekdays, Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00
Important information
The role involves making phone calls throughout the entire workday. In your application, we ask you to briefly describe why you enjoy phone-based work and what enables you to handle and appreciate having many calls every day with different people.
All work is conducted via the employer's internal system, the same system used by our office teams. You do not use a private phone or private phone number – the system, login credentials, and technical tools are provided by the employer.
Clarification
All calls are made through our system. You do not call from your own phone or use a private number. It works exactly the same as in the office.
Requirements for remote work
- No previous experience needed – we provide all training.
- You must have your own computer (PC or Mac).
- Stable internet connection.
- Headset or headphones with a microphone.
- Microsoft Teams installed.
⏳ In this role, the phone is your primary work tool, and we are looking for you who enjoy calling customers, holding conversations, and building customer relationships via phone.
