As Maintenance Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring high operational reliability and developing both the facilities and maintenance work for the future.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

We continue to develop our preventive maintenance, improve the monitoring of our facilities, and use modern technology to create better decision-making foundations and increased operational reliability. At the same time, there is important work ahead of us in our grain facilities, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference by building long-term plans, prioritizing efforts, and developing the facilities over time.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT

You lead and develop the maintenance organization and are responsible for:

• Operational reliability, maintenance, and long-term maintenance planning
• Technical development and investments
• Contractors, service agreements, and regulatory requirements
• Building maintenance for our Swedish facilities
• Development towards more planned and preventive maintenance

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Have experience in maintenance within manufacturing or process industry and thrive in a role where technology, people, and results meet. You are a leader who creates engagement and trust, work in a structured manner, enjoy developing both people and working methods, and see opportunities where others see problems.
