We are now looking for a Local Change Lead who wants to play a key role in the implementation of SAP for our client. In this role, you will ensure that employees, managers, and the business are prepared for new processes, ways of working, and system support.

About the role

As a Local Change Lead, you act as the link between the central transformation program and the local operations. You are responsible for translating overarching change strategies into concrete activities that create understanding, engagement, and readiness within the organization.

You will work closely with managers, key users, process owners, and the project team to ensure a successful change journey and high user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate local change management activities
• Ensure communication and messaging reach the target audience effectively
• Identify and analyze business impact related to the SAP implementation
• Support managers and key stakeholders in the change process
• Coordinate and follow up on training initiatives
• Measure and monitor the organization's change readiness
• Identify risks and obstacles and escalate when necessary
• Collaborate with the central change management team and other project stakeholders

Who we are looking for

• Experience in change management, project coordination, or business development
• Proficient in communication and stakeholder management
• Strong ability to create engagement and understanding within organizations
• Structured, self-initiative, and communicative
• Thrives in collaborating with stakeholders at various levels
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with SAP implementation or other ERP projects
• Certification or training in Change Management (e.g., Prosci or ADKAR)
• Experience from industrial, manufacturing, or production operations
