Petainer is now looking for an S&OP Specialist who wants to take a key role in creating balance between customer needs, production, and the supply chain.

Your responsibilities

As an S&OP Specialist at Petainer, you will hold a central position in the business, responsible for driving and developing the company's Sales & Operations Planning process. You will work closely with sales, production, and supply chain teams to ensure the right capacity, high delivery precision, and well-founded business decisions.

The role combines analysis, planning, and coordination, making you a vital link between several functions within the organization. You will work both operationally and strategically with forecasts, capacity planning, and continuous improvements.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Drive and develop Petainer's S&OP process
• Develop, analyze, and improve forecasts and requirements planning
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to forecast accuracy, inventory, and delivery performance
• Identify risks and opportunities within capacity and supply
• Collaborate closely with sales, production, and planning functions
• Contribute to improvement initiatives within supply chain and planning processes
• Handle orders and transport booking

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in planning and supply chain within a manufacturing environment, who thrives in a role where analysis and collaboration go hand in hand.

You are accustomed to working in a data-driven manner and have the ability to turn analyses into concrete recommendations and decisions. At the same time, you are communicative, business-minded, and skilled at creating alignment between customers and various internal functions.

We believe you have:

• Experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, or S&OP
• A good understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and planning processes
• Experience with transport and order coordination
• Experience with ERP systems and very good knowledge of Excel
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have experience from the international manufacturing industry and have worked on facilitating or developing S&OP processes.
