About the Role

As the On-Duty Store Manager (Evening), you are responsible for the daily evening operations when the regular store manager is not on site. You lead and support employees in their daily work, prioritize resources, and ensure that the store maintains high standards in service, sales, and safety.

You are a support to the team and contribute to leaving the store well-stocked, inspiring, and ready for the next day.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience from ICA or other grocery retail
  • Experience in workforce management or leadership
  • Good understanding of sales, operations, and profitability
  • Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Ability to create engagement and structure together with others

Experience with AoB, StoreOffice, or similar systems is an advantage. We place great emphasis on your leadership, your attitude, and your willingness to develop.

About the Employment

The position is for 35 hours per week, permanent, with a six-month probation period.

Desired start date: September 1st or as agreed.

Working hours vary and include day, evening, and weekend work. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
